Way to go Ted.

Tarpon's Swamp

Outspoken rocker and gun rights advocate Ted Nugent was unimpressed with President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address, especially the part about gun control. He said the president is just spewing “more nonsense” that will not help stop shootings from occurring.

Nugent, dressed in a sport coat, jeans and cowboy boots, attended the State of the Union address as a guest of Texas GOP Rep. Steve Stockman.

“Nothing [Obama] proposes or nothing he’s been proposed would have stopped any of the shootings. None of those shooters are gonna register anything,” … Nugent said, surrounded by reporters on the House floor following Obama’s speech.

He continued: “Canada finally abandoned its multibillion waste of a C68 gun law where goose hunters and farmers had to register their squirrel rifles. And it didn’t do anything to reduce crime or save any lives…Who doesn’t know this? Who doesn’t know that registration and limitation on…

United Patriots Worldwide Censorship

When Vin started the Conservative Social Media site created, he claimed it was the “Anti Censorship” alternative to Facebook.  I was the 35th Member at United Patriots. I soon found it to be full of like minded Conservatives. It was refreshing to see Conservative meme without the poster getting warnings for “sharing” too much.

After about a month there was over 1500 members, but I started to notice a few alarming things. The first was do not openly disagree with Vin or you will soon find the ban hammer falling on your head. Another was that Vin only allowed female “Moderators “(originally called staff). I asked Vin about the female only staff and he told me “They do as I tell them and do not argue”. I had to laugh at that comment.

The first Ban hammer I saw was about a girl that posted the FBI stats on Gun Control and Australia’s high violent crime rates.  Vin got upset claiming the stats were wrong saying “these gun violence stats have been proven wrong, I do not understand why the US Government still uses them”. Vin failed to read that she did not write gun violence, she wrote violent crime rates which are true stats. She again stated her case while posting more stats. Vin called her a liar and wrote, “I will not have lies and misinformation posted on my site”, then deleted her account and banned her IP.  In the few months that I had an account on United Patriots, I saw much of the same thing.

True Patriotism is fighting for the Constitution in its entirety not just that parts you like.  Real freedom of Speech (which Vin claims to espouse to) is fighting for the right to speak of those you disagree with the most.  The advertisement for United Patriots says “The Exodus from Censorship, information harvesting and the pro liberal/pro Obama agenda of Facistbook continues. Join the REAL home of Conservative Patriots.” I ask you fellow Conservatives, is banning a person for posting something negative about your country (Vin is Australian) that you do not agree with censorship or not? When I first showed up I posted about the 2nd Amendment fight and was told by Vin that he didn’t want guns to be the theme of United Patriots. When he noticed more and more post about the 2nd Amendment fight he backed off the stance and embraced it issuing a meme stating “Guns will NEVER be under attack at MY Social Network”.

From day 1 Vin has claimed that United Patriots would be free to all Patriots. Last month Vin announced a subscription fee to be a member. Vin said the fee was to recoup loss for programming and hosting. I do not find fault with that, as he did pay to have a coder design the Social Network. Vin created different levels of subscription for different fees, but when questioned on what each level contained, he got hostile. So hostile in fact he sent his attack dogs (this usually happened right before a ban) after me. I have screenshots of all of the messages for reference.

I am going to post the screenshots so people can see for themselves and make up their own mind.

UP1 UP2 UP3 UP4 UP5 UP6

At this point I chose not to reply as I could see it was going nowhere (that was my last post). My account has since been deleted and banned.  I have talked to a few different people on Facebook that were members there. They all say the same thing, United Patriots has little to do with Patriotism and everything to do with Vin worship. I have found out a little about Vin’s background and living situation, but I don’t want to get into “personal attacks”. For now I’ll just leave it at what I think of Unitedpatriotsworldwide.com.

If you want to talk to other Conservatives that have a like mind it’s a decent place, just be willing to pay the minimal fee ($.99 minimum) through a site other than Paypal or Google pay, and have the exact same opinion. If that is the type of place you want to hang out in so be it. Enjoy and have fun, as for me, I’ll continue to have my voice and fight for the Constitution as every Patriot should.

Gun Buyers are smarter than the Gun Confiscators.

Gun Buyers are smarter than the Gun Confiscators.

Last weekend in Seattle the police showed up with $80,000.00 in gift cards to buy back guns for the first time in 20 years.  The plan was to offer $100 for handguns, rifles, and shotguns; $200 for “Assault style” weapons.  The Police soon found out that they were being outsmarted as dozens of law abiding citizens used their 2nd Amendment right to buy the guns before the police, offering better prices and cash.

Danny Westneat of the Seattle Times wrote that the gun collectors “with cardboard signs running a gun bazaar under the freeway doesn’t convince you our gun laws are too lax, nothing will.” Danny just does not grasp what the 2nd Amendment is all about. Danny does not understand that without the 2nd Amendment there would not be a 1st Amendment. Danny’s article can be found @ http://seattletimes.com/html/localnews/2020241216_westneat30xml.html . If you want to let Danny know what you think about your 2nd Amendment rights feel free to @ 206-464-2086 or dwestneat@seattletimes.com remember to be polite and DO NOT make threats.

Seattle Police Chief John Diaz (no relation) was not happy, saying it was perfectly legal, but “I’d prefer they wouldn’t sell them,”  “There’s no background checks, and some (guns) could be exchanged on the streets that shouldn’t be in circulation.”

All was not lost for the police; they did run out of gift cards. When sellers found out they rushed to the gun buyers. Deals were being made on the corner, sometime with people jumping out of their cars in the traffic jam. All in all, I would say the 2nd Amendment won the day.

Buying back guns at a better price than the police is a smart move. I suspect when any city does this, you will find the same thing happening. I know I’ll be at any in my area. I am more than happy to shell out $150 for a nice Handgun or $250 for a AR-15. GCOA and the NRA should start organizing these buy outs and keep the firearms where they belong — In the hands of the people in order to protect the State and its citizens from a Tyrannical Government.

I have a very short message for Piers Morgan: “If the 2nd Amendment does not include any “assault style” weapon because the Founding Fathers could not imagine them, neither does the 1st Amendment apply to radio or television because the Founding Fathers could not have imagined them.

Sleight of Hand from Obama

Obama is a Magician.

Sleight of hand is the name of the game, and Obama does it very well. While the Country is looking at his left hand, watching it try and take away our 2nd Amendment rights, we are ignoring his right hand that is moving through our pockets taking away more of what makes us American. Are we being setup for an invasion?

The House Republican leadership has directed the Republican House members to prepare for another planned retreat, and to allow for another increase in our debt limit. The Republicans apparently plan to extend the debt limit for an unspecified amount of money borrowing though 18 May, with the appended provision intended to freeze the pay of Senators and House members if the Senate does not approve a budget by that time. The problem with that is the 27th Amendment, which states: “No law, varying the compensation for the services of the Senators and Representatives, shall take effect, until an election of Representatives shall have intervened.” In essence they cannot change the pay in the middle of a session. We raise the debt ceiling and get no spending cuts. What a perfect way for the GOP to lose even more votes.  Harry Reid wants another $2.4T to go along with the last $2.4T debt limit hike. The Government gets stronger and the military gets weaker on the backs of citizens.

Mark Krikorian, head of the Conservative Center for Immigration Studies says “There’s nothing substantive in Rubio’s proposal that wouldn’t immediately be agreed to by President Obama.” Marco Rubio has an amnesty plan. Rubio in the Wall Street Journal on the undocumented (Rubio’s wording): “They would have to come forward. They would have to undergo a background check…They would have to pay a fine, pay back taxes, maybe even do community service. They would have to prove they’ve been here for an extended period of time. They understand some English and are assimilated. Then most of them would get legal status and be allowed to stay in this country.” Sound familiar? That is because we heard it from Obama unveiling his plan in May 2011, “Those who are here illegally, they have a responsibility as well. So they broke the law, and that means they’ve got to pay their taxes, they’ve got to pay a fine, they’ve got to learn English. And they’ve got to undergo background checks, and a lengthy process before they get in line for legalization. That’s not too much to ask.” The two did have a disagreement regarding a pathway to citizenship vs. a pathway to legal residency regarding the proposed DREAM Act, which would allow those brought to this country as children to legally remain if they go to college or the military. Obama wanted a pathway to citizenship. Rubio called for a residency pathway. Rubio shelved his plan, he says temporarily, after Obama used the framework of the Republican’s plan in an executive action that stopped deporting these young people. If anyone was paying attention to the inauguration, it’s pretty clear Obama wants 11M Illegal’s given amnesty. It also looks like the GOP will cave yet again. The Border Patrol has been weakened over time and admits it cannot control the boarder as illegal’s pour across. Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo issued a report showing that the problem is worse than anyone thought. A DHS report stating that a growing number of illegal’s being detained are from terrorist sponsored countries calling them “Special Interest Aliens” or “SIA.”

In May of 2012, 22 Russian Spetzna’s were in Colorado for two weeks of training with the 10th Special Forces Group at Fort Carson, a post outside Colorado Springs. Lt. Col. Steven Osterholzer (10th Special Forces Group) said “It’s the first step toward joint exercises in more complicated anti-terrorism operations”. 2010 in Chicago, under Operation Vigilant Guard (OVG), where Polish Armed Forces not only “observed” urban warfare drills, but also participated in exercises specializing in detaining Americans during counter-terror drills. In Oregon, under OVG, NORTHCOM, and NORAD joined with the Oregon National Guard and the Portland Police Bureau to train to disarm Americans. This drill included armed soldiers from Bangladesh. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been amassing an estimated 1.8 billion rounds of hollow point bullets through their agency; as well as the Social Security Office, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA), and the US Forest Service. The DHS has also recently solicited 1,400 pounds of high density ammonium nitrate and A-5 Flake RDX that will build improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

CENCOM Commander Gen Mattis (a Marine Corp legend) is being asked to leave his command early according to recent reports. “Word on the national security street is that General James Mattis is being given the bum’s rush out of his job as commander of Central Command, and is being told to vacate his office several months earlier than planned,” reports veteran national security correspondent Thomas E. Ricks. Dr. Jim Garrow known globally for his humanitarian work with Chinese girls caught in China’s one-child-per-couple policy by facilitating international adoptions made a shocking claim on his Facebook page “I have just been informed by a former senior military leader that Obama is using a new “litmus test” in determining who will stay and who must go in his military leaders. Get ready to explode folks. “The new litmus test of leadership in the military is if they will fire on US citizens or not.” Those who will not are being removed.” When asked about his source, Garrow replied: “The man who told me this is one of America’s foremost military heroes.”

While Americans are watching the magic show of Obama dismantling the 2nd Amendment we are missing the clues as to what is to come. Call me an alarmist, but it looks like to me the stage is set for an invasion. The Military is being dismantled, the Citizens are being disarmed. I have no idea if we will be invaded, but I do think we should be prepared for it. Everyone has to make their own decision. Is this just circumstantial evidence and no proof? Of course it is. If I had absolute proof there was an invasion coming I’d go to Congress with it. I would be shouting it to every news source. Just remember this; there was anecdotal evidence for 911, Pearl Harbor, Iraq invading Kuwait, North Korea attacking South Korea, and pretty much every war that has ever been fought and no one listened until it started. Make your own decisions. As for me; I will plan for the worst and pray for the best. Read Sun Tzu; this entire strategy is laid out.

The great story that wasn’t.

The great story that wasn’t

What are we telling ourselves when it seems that every great story is a hoax?  What future endeavors will we question? What next victory will we dismiss? How will this impact us going forward? When will common sense become common again?

Today we found out that what many suspected was true actually was; Lance Armstrong cheated. What a great story it made. Lance Armstrong almost defeated by testicular cancer make a triumphant come back to win the Tour De France 7 times. A feat that should have stood as complete domination in not just Bicycle racing, but in all sports. Many of us (me included) stood by Lance when allegations flew; dismissing them as sour grapes and jealousy. Lance Armstrong is a fraud; he cheated by blood doping. Blood doping is the removal of two units (approximately 2 pints!) of blood several weeks prior to competition. The blood is then frozen until 1-2 days before the competition, when it is thawed and injected back into the athlete. This is known as autologous blood doping. Homologous doping is the injection of fresh blood, removed from a second person, straight into the athlete. A second method of blood doping involves the use of artificial oxygen carriers. Hemoglobin oxygen carriers (HBOC’s) and Perfluorocarbons (PFC’s) are chemicals or purified proteins which have the ability to carry oxygen. They have been developed for therapeutic use, however are now being misused as performance enhancers. Tests were introduced in 2004, which are capable of detecting the use of homologous transfusions and the use of artificial oxygen carriers. A suitable test has not yet been developed to detect autologous blood doping.

Notre Dame’s Manti Te’o is in the middle of an amazing hoax. What was first an incredible story of triumph and love now looks like a calculated hoax to get sympathetic votes for the Heisman trophy. The story of Manti and Lennay captured the hearts of many sports fans; with many stories written about this incredible romance. Many admired Manti for standing by Lennay going through a terrible hospital ordeal after car accident and Leukemia. Only to have it all shattered when Lennay was killed off in a bad Soap Opera type scenario. I will not get into the particulars as there is much confusion, but the thing that stands out to me is that Mantis friend Ronaiah Tuiasosopo asked the real girl in the pics (Reba) to send him a pick with MSMK on a sign and was later posted as proof that Lennay existed on Manti’s twitter. Now that the story has been exposed Manti is claiming he was “catfished” and has no idea what is going on? Really Manti, you expect us to believe that? What about the story of you meeting her in person, about spending hours with her on the phone, sending flowers to the hospital, her funeral, or EVERYTHING? Admittedly I am not a professional investigator but it does not take a criminal Law PHD to see a lie this transparent.

In 1998 baseball was suffering from low attendance numbers when the Homerun race captured America’s attention going after Roger Maris’s record. By the end of June there were 3 in the chase. McGwire lead the pack with 37, Sosa, and Griffey close behind tied at 33. The three remained competitive entering August, a period which saw McGwire go on a season-high eight-game home run drought. After hitting a home run on August 8, McGwire’s lead had dwindled to two, his 46 home runs just above Sosa’s 44 and Griffey’s 41. At the end of the month, however, the McGwire and Sosa  were locked at 55 home runs, putting them on pace for about 65 in total and, for the first time in 37 years, leaving the single-season home run record in imminent jeopardy. They were also each one short of Hack Wilson’s National league record. By this point, Griffey’s total of 47 home runs left him well behind the pace of his two rivals.

I was at the game on August 7th when McGwire tied the record of 61 hitting a pitch by Mike Morgan of the Cubs 430ft. I was at the game the next day still playing the Cubs when McGwire broke the record hitting the shortest homerun of his season 341ft just over the left field fence with the Maris family in attendance.  The stadium was absolutely insane. I will remember that day for the rest of my life. One of the best stories in baseball; a neck and neck fight is all washed away because of cheating. Sosa and McGwire used steroids.

On August 7 2007 Barry Bonds hit a 435 foot home run, his 756th, off a pitch from Mike Bacsik of the Washington Nationals, breaking the all-time career home run record, formerly held by Hank Aaron.  Earlier in 2001 Bonds hit a single season record 71 homeruns breaking the record set by Mark McGwire. These records should be celebrated but Bonds cheated. He tested positive for steroids and was convicted for lying to a Grand Jury about his steroid use. More hollow records and achievements.

The list of players that cheated in baseball alone is extremely long. As far as I am concerned, the Homerun record should go back to Maris at 61. No player that has used steroids should ever be allowed into the hall of fame.

Is it no wonder so many are turning to cheating? Our political leaders are as corrupt as they can get. We have tax payer money being used in criminal enterprises while the guilty laugh because they are immune. The Constitution is being shredded by those that took an oath to defend it. We fought in court over the definition of the word “is”.  We have law abiding citizens made into criminals for defending their Constitutional rights while illegal aliens are praised and given taxpayer money. We are out of control with no end in sight. In the future will this all become the great story that wasn’t?

How long does an Oath last?

The Length of an Oath

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

“I, _____ (SSAN), having been appointed an officer in the Army of the United States, as indicated above in the grade of _____ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.” (DA Form 71, 1 August 1959, for officers.)

How long does an Oath last? Is its life infinite or does it expire when you are no longer in the military? Does it last until you no longer believe it? Does it only last as long as the benefactor upholds their end?

I took the Enlisted Oath when I joined the Army and when I reenlisted. If you would indulge me, I would like to discuss what that oath meant to me. You see, I grew up poor and not having anyone to guide me. My father was lacking and my mother cared more about her next fix than she did about me. She even told me one time that she kidnapped me out of some ones yard. I joined the Army on my 17 birthday convincing my dad to sign the paper. So please don’t judge me for what I am about to say.

When I first took that Oath it was nothing but words to me. I did not understand the Constitution nor the implications of what that oath truly meant. When I got to my first unit and hear talk about fighting for family, friends, God, and country I would laugh inside. The idea of fighting for anything other than myself, was ludicrous. Slowly over the next year I realized I would never fight for my mom or dad, nor those “friends” back home. I once asked an old school NCO (SFC Smith) what people meant by fighting for something other than themselves. He explained to me that there are things far more important than your own self being. I decided to look into it. I soon found myself enthralled by our Founding Fathers and the Constitutional Republic that they created.

Within the year, I came to realize that my family were the soldiers around me. That my duty was to them, and my honor was their honor. I found a love for a piece of paper that was written years before I was born that meant more than anything I will ever say, write, or create. Right before going to Panama in 89 a few of us were sitting around discussing the possibility that one or more were not coming back. In that one moment of clarity I realized that these men, these brave fighters, these brothers that were willing to stand not only beside me, but for me; were what my oath was about. The brave men that stood up through out time and said, “Not today, not on this day will I let evil prevail,” are what I was fighting for.

In 1776 a few brave men committed treason by writing a document so important that it became the cornerstone of our great Republic. Did they truly understand what was to come? I believe they did. I believe those men knew that today we would see an assault on our Constitution, an assault on our way of life, an assault on our freedom; so they added the 2nd Amendment to that Constitution. They spoke clearly that we as a people have a duty to keep our Government in balance.

Our Founding Fathers in writing the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights took an oath to create this great nation. Many paid a terrible price for that oath; an oath that has lasted until today. Given that alone; I ask how long should my oath last?

I swore my word, my life my bond to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.

What does this really mean? First, that I will take up arms should my country be invaded. I will make sure my local and federal government do nothing to take away from that great document. That if need be I will use my 2nd Amendment duty to defend the Constitution in its entirety.  I give true faith to what was setup. I believe it to be the best form of government that has been established; I have faith that those men long past setup a system that deserves my allegiance, so I freely give it.

The length of an oath is for each man to decide, but mine will last until I do not. Even then I will have faith that another Patriot will stand for the Constitution.

Ripped off by the Husband of a Congresswoman

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Bachmann-and-Associates-Burnsville/457905117581236?ref=stream

Christian Counseling? Maybe, but the business practices are anything but Christian. In April 2012 The Company I was working for closed its doors. I was going through a rough time so I contacted Bachmann and associates. I gave them my insurance information which was good until the end of April. I was told that my insurance authorized 5 visits. I asked if they were sure as I knew my insurance was done on May 1st. The reassured me that 5 visits were authorized. I set up 5 appointments over a 5 week period asking them again at the end of April if they were 100% sure the 5 visits were taken care of. I told them I did not have the money to pay for these visits being unemployed. Each time I went in I asked if this was indeed the case and each time I was told it was. Once my 5 visits were complete I stopped going.

I received a bill a few weeks later for 4 of the 4 visits. I immediately went in and talked to the office and asked them about this. They told me it was a formality the Insurance Company authorized 5 visits not to worry. A couple of weeks later I got a 2nd notice on the bill. Again I went into the office and was told I needed to contact the billing department. I was also told they said they could not reach me by phone so I asked them what cell number they had, they had the correct one. I contacted the billing department and explained the situation.  They told me I had to call the insurance company which I did. After arguing with the insurance company (blue Cross Blue Shield) for over an hour they finally said they authorized the 5 payments but were not going to pay it. I called the Billing Department back and asked them what my alternatives were as I was still unemployed and did not have the money. They said they would talk to my Counselor and figure something out. I did not hear back from them.

3 weeks or so ago I got a letter from a collection agency for the 4 visits. I got angry and ignored it (wrong thing to do I know). I talked to the collection agency today. I have no recourse but to pay this bill that I should not have had in the first place. I would not have used the service if I would not have been told it was taken care of. To me this is no different than if I take my car in for a flat tire and without my authorization they change the transmission and bill me for it.

In closing while the Counseling was wonderful and helped me through a tough time, be careful when they talk cost. It is not what they tell you it is. Christian counseling it is indeed, just not a Christian business. Having a voice is nice. This business is owned by Michelle Bachmann and her Husband.

Response to Reasonable Rules Of Engagement

Response to Reasonable Rules Of Engagement

http://dcclothesline.wordpress.com/2013/01/10/a-reasonable-proposal-for-rules-of-engagement-during-the-coming-tribulation-by-gary-harper/

Update-REASONABLE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT-1-13-13

This was written by a friend that is currently serving in an elite unit within the U.S. Military. Since he is still active he will not put his name to this, and asked me to rewrite his thoughts so I told him I would add my writing style and post it. De oppresso liber my brother.  This is not a call for Revolution by the Military or the person posting this. I am only responding to the original post.

While I do not completely disagree with the original write up or with this entire premise, I think the writer fails to understand warfare and what is really at stake. A few fundamental flaws can be found in Gary’s argument. I agree with the sentiment, but the application is lacking and misguided.

“A Statewide ban would have to be answered by nationwide protests in the initial stages.” There are far too many people that do not understand what is at stake and will roll over for the gun ban. Far too many are okay with citizens not being armed.  While there will be pockets of protest nationwide, this will be easily brushed aside as “right wing radicals clinging to their guns.”

“If any state adopts an outright statewide ban, all citizens of the country will have to call in sick for work for one day.” Again there is no way this will happen. A good portion of the American people is either extreme left-wingers or sheep following their sheppard to the slaughter.  I would say at best you get 1 million people to do this with limited impact.

“What could they possibly do if every single person in the U.S. stopped paying their bills all at once?”  What happens? You are now written off as nothing but a money hungry fringer trying to get something for nothing; you won’t even pay your bills. Another idea that while on paper decent; has no chance of actually working.

“If the government tries to break these protests up, you have your answer.”.Of course the government is going to break any protest up. It is in their interest to do so. They are willing to take it as far as they have to. The FEMA camps and training of UN troops at bases like Ft. Bragg and Ft. Benning are proof of this. When has the U.S. Government not been willing to escalate anything?

”If you take to the woods and streets, and the revolution regrettably starts, you will need to strike sparingly and frequently.” How do you strike sparingly and frequently at the same time? They are exact opposites. If you are saying strike with small forces frequently you are not taking into account that every strike must be designed for maximum potential.

“They will eventually end up holed up in the cities and bigger towns, like our armies always do.” Wrong.  While the main objective is to take and hold major ground and cities the vast majority of battles have always been done in rural areas. Most military vehicles are not designed for urban warfare. Tactics and adaptations have been made, but the military knows it is at a disadvantage in an urban environment. MOUNT training has given ground troops an understanding of urban terrain the advantage is to the aggressor. The military would much prefer to be on open ground where their superior vehicles and aircraft can strike with precision. Very few forests in the U.S. (none that I know of actually) have the vegetation and cover that a jungle has. Viet-cong tunnel and cover tactics will not work in the forest of the U.S. Urban settings will be a freedom fighters best advantage; using the some of the same tactics as the Taliban and Iraqi Insurgents.

“Your top priority is survival.” No your top priority is resistance. The cold hard truth is that many that fight, will die. Some of your families will die, and some of your friends. It may be that entire families are wiped out. The government will not be playing fair. If they are willing to abandon part of the Constitution they are willing to abandon all of it. I am not saying be willing to die. I am saying know that it is a possibility. If you cannot face the possibility of dying stay out of the fight, stay out of the way.

Now to these Rules of Engagement; while they sound good and call to the humanity in all of us they fail to take into account that the nature of war is ugly and evil. In Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, and a few other places that most have never heard of, we tried to fight with our hands tied, winning the hearts and minds. Explain to me how I am going to win your heart when either I or someone like me killed one of your friends or family members. Even if the resistance does not kill them, the resistance will get the blame.  Fighting restrained will only get you killed and prolong the war. The following are replies to each “rule”.

  1. If you already have registered weapons (many states already require registered pistols.) Do not ignore the “turn in” that is what they are hoping for. Report your weapons stolen, and move them out of your house. Find a safe place to put them that cannot be traced back to you. Do not put them in a stargaze unit that has your name on it. Do not put them in a public area. They are going to be planning on checking the houses of those that have registered weapons for more unregistered weapons. Be ready.
  2. The ACLU and Facebook already believe that gun confiscation is okay so they are going to be of no help. Document it and get it to bloggers. However the legislation that will accompany any such gun ban will label bloggers speaking out against the U.S. Government as terrorist.
  3. You already have your answer since they are there to take your weapons. Do not confront them. You are only making yourself look like a target and making it easier for them to attack back. I am not saying roll over. If they show up in your neighborhood they want to keep the people as calm as possible. Once you are confronted or a neighbor is, stand up and be heard, but do not be the aggressor. Once you get aggressive they will escalate to a point you cannot openly fight back encoring some wrath. You want to remain under the radar as much as possible. If they spill blood, then you do whatever you have to do to protect your family and rights. Take it as far as you have to take it, just be prepared for the consequences. They can destroy the entire neighborhood and blame it on “Domestic Terrorist” and not even lose a second of sleep.
  4. If you are fighting a person in full body armor with a rifle (non armor piecing rounds) you are fighting incorrectly; use another tactic. Fire and explosives (you didn’t think this was going to be all butterflies and rainbows did you) work well against body armor. Look at it this way. We are standing 30 feet apart and I have a pistol you having a knife; who wins? I do; But if I have a pistol and you have a rifle, chances are you will win. If I have a car and you have a tank; you win. Use sound tactics when you can. Yes there will be situations where you are outgunned, outnumbered, and out classed, but you will have to fight or die; no situation no matter what you think is completely hopeless.
  5. Tanks today are not the same as tanks from WW2. Gasoline fires will do little to stop a UN tank. If U.S. troops are used (possibility that we will get into later) the M1 Abrams is not going to be stopped by a Molotov cocktail on its exterior anywhere. The driver compartment is separate from the gunner and commander. Even if you do succeed in getting a Molotov cocktail into the gunner section the driver can still drive right through your house. For the most part tanks will not be used when confiscation starts. The vehicle of choice will be APCs with cargo vehicles to carry the confiscated firearms. These vehicles are easier to disable, but still not as easy as a Sherman, Tiger, or Panzer of WW2. IF U.S. troops show up at your door, you can damn well bet they have already made their decision and are not on your side.
  6. I will get into this one in my closing.
  7. IF the U.S. abandons the Constitution, the Geneva Convention, and its protection does not count. We are no longer the Constitutional Republic of the U.S., so no signature or treaty is valid. You cannot have a valid treaty with a country that does not exist.  DO NOT WEAR A UNIFORM. Wearing a uniform makes you a target. Blend in and look like everyone else.
  8. I agree
  9. There is no moral high ground in war. Read Sun Tzu. Fight to win, fight to survive, fight to get the Constitution back or do not fight at all. Use Roger’s Standing Orders. Fight like a guerilla as it’s your only hope. Using their rules and tactics are a losing proposition. Fighting with limits only limits you.
  10. Any foreign troops only stand to enrage more of the population. The government knows this and will try to keep them out of it for the time being. Once they see the tide turn against them you can bet your sweet ass they will enter the fray.
  11. The only reason to fight a revolution is to get back to the Constitution. Anything else will be met with equal force.

When the first person stands against the government, a few things are going to happen. First everyone that is resisting will be labeled as a Domestic Terrorist in order to get the populace to turn against them. Rewards will be offered for information on your whereabouts and identification. You can expect to see trained military in the fight. War is terrible and ugly. Innocent people die. This is inevitable.

For the most part generals are politicians. There of course are exceptions, but not as many as you would hope. None of them will admit it, and none of them think they are. But you do not get your name through Congress without have a little political pull. Having said that, no general ever wants to bring troops against those they are sworn to protect. I have met many a general in my lifetime, and to a man they love their Country. Some if ordered to do so will command against the American people, some will not. Officers will issue orders, NCO will lead and troops will fight. During the Civil War, brother took up arms against brother, so do not think it won’t happen again. Some of the military will fight against the populace because they will buy the lie of domestic terrorist. I know of elites that will not, there are some that will defend the Constitution and the people. There will be many current and former military taking up arms to defend the Constitution.

I pray this does not come to pass, I pray these fears are unfounded. I pray that we never have to fight on American to preserve our freedom.

Is it time for a new guard?

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.  ~ The Declaration of Independence.

Is it time for another Revolution? Is it time to throw off this Government and provide new Guards for future security? Is it time this great Constitutional Republic went back to the Constitution? IS it time to fight?

The Patriot Act gave the US Government the ability to spy on the American People without oversight. The Government was responsible for making sure they themselves did not over reach. That is insane. You put a child in a candy shop and expect the child to police it’s self? OF course the child is going to eat the candy, it’s too hard not to. How can we ever expect those that are after unlawful information to stop themselves from taking that information?

NDAA give the Government the authority to indefinitely detain American Citizens in the name of fighting terrorism. In the name of freedom we are giving a Government that has been known to abuse power the power to lock us up for any reason they want for as long as they want? If anyone dissents against the Government all they have to do is label you as a terrorist and you are gone for good. No trial, no evidence, not judge, no jury, NO FREEDOM.

We do not even have the right to face our accuser. Speed and light cameras have been proven flawed and dependant on calibrations, yet they have the final say.  Roadside check points stop and harass the American public with no regard for the rights of citizens.

Police Departments are tracking phones without court permission. That’s right; documents were released that showed the police are tracking US Citizens via their phones. The documents say that when police use this tactic they should not put it on the police report. Let me get this straight; you are tracking my phone without a warrant then not putting this rights violation on the police report? So you are not only going to violate 2 of my rights, but then commit a felony as well; and are being encouraged to do so. They are not going to get warrants because it may slow the process down? Even the cell phone companies are getting involved by writing the training manuals for the police.

According to the ACLU (I’m not a big fan either) say that over 1.7B emails, phone calls, text message and Social post have been intercepted and stored by the Government in 2011 alone. In 2012 over 50 different cyber security bills were introduced with less than half actually having to do with cyber security protection, most were cyber spying.

HR347 tried to ban protesting anywhere near a public official. I can commit a felony if I protest near a mayor?

The Director of the FBI has said that he is not certain if it was addressed whether our government can kill our own people inside our country. Eric Holder has said “Some have argued that the President must get permission from a Federal Court before taking action against a United States Citizen, this is simply not accurate. Due process and judicial process are not one in the same particularly when it comes to national security. The Constitution guarantees due process, it does not guarantee judicial process”.  Eric Holder thinks that due process according to the Constitution is a few guys getting together and saying “lets kill him”.

The President issued the National Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order which gives the Federal Government control of resources in times of war and peace. These resources include but are not limited to Food, Livestock, water, plants, energy, health resources, and construction materials. Giving the government the right to “control the general distribution of any material (including services) in the civilian market”.  This is giving the President the Authority to declare martial law at a whim.

The NCTC allows the Government 5 years to keep tabs on any individual without any ties to terror. PBS claims there are hundreds of thousands of people on this list as a suspected terrorist without any evidence that they are terrorist.

The Fed is systematically deflating the dollar; the Federal Government is stepping on rights and getting more and more people addicted to living off of them.  We are getting dependent on the Government as they planned and we have silently walked into this. We are the frog in the slowly boiling pot.

Biden promised an executive order taking away more freedom. Sweeping gun reform is on the agenda.

How much longer does the train need to get before the American people finally have enough and throws off such Government?  Is it time to stand up and do our duty? If these measures along with the economy, unemployment and job outlook is not absolute despotism; then there never was such a thing.

Executive Order? Molon Labe!

“The President is going to act on Executive Order or Executive actions that can be taken. We have not decided what that is yet, but we are compiling it all, spoke with the Attorney General, and all the rest of the cabinet members. As well as legislative action we believe is required” ~ Vice President Joe Biden.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5NBXk2nDqI

Let’s delve into what the VP is saying. First he used the words “Going to act”. He did not say is thinking about acting, may act, or looking into. VP Biden says “GOING TO ACT”; this leaves no doubt that President Obama is going to issue an executive order banning some guns or all guns.

Mr. VP neither you nor the President do not have that authority; This power does not fall onto you. It is not within the President’s powers to make laws. You cannot legislate by Executive Order. The power to create law resides solely with Congress. You are an Administrator not a Ruler. Contrary to the Lefts believe you are not a King; Mr. President you are not an Emperor, you are not a Messiah. These powers belong to the people who do not fear you; the opposite is true. The Constitution promises that the Government will fear the people. This is our power, this is our right, this is our DUTY.

The Founding fathers in their wisdom set up a system of checks and balances so that this very thing could not happen. Many people believe that the American Revolution was fought over taxation; mainly because our leftist schools do not teach truth. The truth is that the American Revolution was fought because of a long train of abuse by a tyrannical Government; with last straw being gun confiscation.  Here we are over 200 years later with the same thing. A tyrannical Government that has for years infringed on American liberty.  Are we hanging from that branch by a fingernail?

In the past 12 years we have lost many liberties. The Patriot Act stripped the US Citizens of many rights. Warrantless wiretaps have taken the 4th Amendment to new lows. Drones spying on the American people, NDAA allowing for American Citizens to be held indefinitely without any possibility of trial. Now they are proposing taking away our only means of protection from them. In my lifetime I have seen Castro disarm the people, Qaddafi disarm the people, Idi Amin disarm the people, Mao Tse-Tung disarm the people, Pol Pot disarm the people, Kim Jong-il disarm the people. What do all of these people have in common? Once the people were disarmed they were systematically murdered. This all happened in my lifetime and I’m not that old; so do not tell me it cannot happen in the US. Anyone can desire power and go over the edge.

The second any type of mass registration or ban takes effect I will be calling my local police department and making a stolen weapons complaint, because somehow all of my weapons were instantly stolen. I no longer own them. If I do not own a firearm I cannot register a firearm. I will then purchase protection from the drug dealer in the inner city.

I will not tell anyone how to live their lives; that decision is their Constitutional right, but I will stand up and fight. I will not go easy into the night. Molon Labe
